My ever changing bucketlist

Before turning 25, I felt like I was gettin' old. Or at least like I could have done more (fun, exciting) things during my 25 years of life. So what did I do? I dragged my two best friends with me to go skydiving. It was incredible! The year after that I made a whole list of 26 things I wanted to do, try, or accomplish in the year that I was going to be 26. It was fun, but maybe a bit too much. So for my 27th birthday I decided to do things a little bit different. I made a full-on bucketlist (although I must admit, I've never really cared for that word very much). Over the years I've kept, and will keep, adding things on. Luckily, I've already been able to cross off a few items. To make an unnecessarily long story a little bit shorter... here is my ever growing and ever changing bucketlist (or whatever you want to call it):

  • Find a better job - June 12th 2013: Got hired! It isn't my dream job quite yet, but I'm slowly moving up in this strange world
  • Run in a race
  • Go on a (small) trip by myself - June 2014: Spend 4 weeks travelling through Bali by myself. It was scary, beautiful, liberating and pretty darn awesome!
  • Get my drivers license
  • Find my own apartment (I've been living on my own for years, but I currently have to share my kitchen and bathroom with someone, I'd like to change that) - July 15th 2012: Moved to my very own, very cute (albeit somewhat tiny, but I don't mind) apartment! Whoa!
  • Travel often
  • Learn to play the piano
  • Learn to understand and speak a foreign language - June 2016: I've started learning Spanish
  • Go to Paris by myself
  • Try yoga
  • Take more pictures
  • Walk on the beach more often (and at least once get there before the sun gets up)
  • Get a tattoo
  • Go to Africa
  • See an elephant in the wild
  • Experience holi in India
  • Go on a hot air balloon - August 7th 2015: It was awesome!
  • Go paragliding
  • See fireflies
